We have all spent enough hours in airports to know that the nearest airport isn't always the easiest.

As you make your plans, I'd encourage you to think about the whole journey, from the flight itself to the final stretch by car, and choose what makes the most sense from wherever you're coming.

Our destination is Hacienda 21, tucked into La Veleta in Tulum. Everything you need to find your way to us will live here, with a few final details to come as February approaches.

When We’ll Gather

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2027
Arrival day. Make your way to Tulum, settle into the hacienda, and let the next few days begin. I'll share a recommended arrival window and any check-in instructions as the plans are finalized.

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2027
Our final morning together before everyone makes their way home. Recommended departure timing will be shared once transportation arrangements are confirmed.

The Final Stretch
I'm still working through our ground transportation arrangements. I'll update this page with the relevant pickup and transfer details, including whether any shared transportation is being coordinated and what you'll need to arrange independently.

For now, compare your flight options with the full journey in mind, and allow time for the transfer between the airport and the hacienda.

Two Ways to Get There

TQO / Tulum International Airport

Approximately 40–45 minutes to the hacienda

This is our closest airport and, if the flight schedule works, the most direct way to reach us. You'll have a shorter drive once you've landed and can be settling into the hacienda that much sooner.

CUN / Cancún International Airport

Approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours to the hacienda

Cancún is also worth considering, especially if it offers a more convenient nonstop or a flight schedule that makes your day easier. The drive is longer, but depending on where you're coming from, it may be the better overall journey.

Compare both airports before booking. A great deal on a flight and convenient departure and arrival time may be worth considerably more than shaving a few minutes off the drive.

Your Passport
If you're traveling from the United States, you'll need a valid passport book to fly to Mexico. Please check your passport now, rather than discovering an unpleasant surprise a week before departure, and review the entry requirements that apply to your nationality and travel plans.

Your Flight
February is a popular time to visit Tulum, so I'd encourage you to look at flights early. Compare both TQO and CUN, paying attention to the total journey rather than the flight alone.

A Few Final Details
I'll continue updating this page as the transportation and arrival arrangements come together. If something about your journey needs special consideration, please reach out rather than wonder..
